WHO IS THIS FOR?

This package is for clients in the initial stages of planning a home renovation/expansion. Knowing exactly what you are working with is critical for knowing how much you can build, and where you can build it!

You can use an Existing Conditions Survey to sketch out your own ideas for a space, and/or make your own square footage take-offs for rough pricing estimates, and/or bring them to another builder for their input. (Please note that an Existing Conditions Survey is not to be used for construction)

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PRODUCT?

1. Site visit(s):

• We come to your property and take field measurements of the floor plan layouts of the existing structure(s), including basement, mechanical, and attic spaces.

2. PDF floor plans of your existing space:

• We take our field measurements back to our office and generate digital floor plans of your existing conditions.

• We then email you all drawings in PDF format, on unbranded Arch D size sheets.

3. Excel spreadsheet tallying room square footages:

• Room schedules for each structure, keying room numbers on plans to schedule (schedules will not indicate finishes, but room names/numbers only).

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

• Existing Conditions Surveys (E.C.S.) are charged on a square foot basis at $1.50 /SF

• Reimbursables:

o Any printed sheets: AT COST

o All else: AT COST

Prior to measuring your space, we will provide you with a good faith estimate of expected costs, based on an initial walk-through of the referenced properties. The final actual square footage surveyed is likely to vary and the actual costs for surveyed space will be adjusted (+/-) to reflect any variance.
